Yes. To ensure that we provide a safe and trusted environment for every residents, background checks are performed. However, background checks do not automatically disqualify you from becoming a resident.

Yes. Potential candidates will need to show proof of a housing voucher or income.

Yes. While we do accept self-pay, we prefer potential candidates with SSI or SSDI or other types of housing vouchers.

A non-refundable $150 administrative fee is due at the time of signing the licensee agreement.

Yes. Cameras are located in common areas and the exterior of the household only.

Yes. Your rent includes utilities, furniture, and basic cable or streaming services.
